  1. The viro hot-pressing process is the leading process for producing parts with the highest precision and viro quality. The advantages are a homogeneous material structure, high robustness, absolute pressure tightness, low weight and enormous compressive strength. viro has been taking its process for hot-pressed parts to the limit for over 40 years. The horizontal, vertical and fixed pressing methods we use even allow the pressing of undercuts and \u2013 in line with special customer requirements \u2013 everything is fully compliant with RoHS and REACH.<\/li>\n
  2. High levels of flexibility and individuality
    \nviro is particularly flexible \u2013 in terms of technology, people and organisation \u2013 and can therefore meet a wide variety of customer requirements in the best possible way. For us, the word \u201ccomplicated\u201d doesn\u2019t exist. We plan, design and form the hot-pressed part or forging that the customer wants with energy and precision. From one to a million pieces.     For parts weighing anywhere from as little few grams to as much as 12 kg, we use forging systems with 200 to 1,600 tons of pressing force.
